Server started. 2 mins - sites not accessible. reboot. Sites work 2 mins..

Server started. 2 mins - sites not accessible. reboot. Sites work 2 mins.. and not accessible again.
Im searching problem just more than month.
server has 32 gb ram, hosted just ~80 sites. 29 gb free memory.
Updated/upgraded.

Check, that your mysql-server is not running in same open-file-limits (https://blog.schaal-24.de/server/error-error-in-accept-too-many-open-files/) and check your HDDs.
