How can I set directories for multiple sites in ISPconfig? I have 2 sites set up, but have pages that those sites need to point to and can't figure out how.

You mean directories that are in use by multiple web sites at the same time?

    Here is what I mean.

I have a site nagual.homelinux.net and a site themadelexperience.homedns.org, both of which have different homepages. I have current directories in var/www and /var/www2, and need to know how to point ISPconfig to these directories, so it will bring up the already made pages, insted of the default ISPconfig index.html

You cannot point ISPConfig to any directories. You have to copy the contents of your current web directories to the new ones that ISPConfig created for the domains.

Normally in /home/www/web1/web, /home/www/web2/web, etc., unless you chose a different location than /home/www during the installation (e.g. /var/www).
