Can you check if the table isp_server is existing in your ISPConfig database? Did you see any errors during ISPConfig installation?
I have a isp_server table, and this table is empty. I had a Mysql error. The mysql was stopped, then I started the MySQL, and the setup program terminated normally without error.
The isp_server table is filled by the setup script. To fix this, uninstall ispconfig and install it again.
