    Hello all,

I'm configuring a second website on my ISPConfig, but when I'm trying to get the web page, the system show me this message: This IP address is shared. For access to the web site which you look for, enter its address instead of its IP. I can reach the website only without www.
    My DNS configuration is:

    MX 10 mail.example.com.ar.

    example.com.ar. A 200.5.xxx.xxx.
    mail A 200.5.xxx.xxx
    www A 200.5.xxx.xxx

    What's wrong?

    Thanks in advance,
    Pablo

You must use the domain you used in ISPConfig to create the web site in your browser. If you use a domain that is not used by a web site or an IP address you'll see the shared IP page.

    Falko,

    Thanks for your quick reply.

I just added "www" in the ip site, now all works fine.

    Regards,
    Pablo

After this change, now I have a new problem.
When I set the "www" in hostname, all my email addresses was modified whit www after @
    Example:

[email protected] instead of [email protected]

    What's wrong?

    Thanks,
    Pablo

You must add example.com under Co-Domains (with an empty host name).

I added a co-domain without www, but the problem still exists.
I tried deleting all domain and setting up again, the problem remains the same.

    Thanks,
    Pablo

    I'm using 2.2.0 now.
The only way to solve this problem, is adding manually www in ServerName variable on the apache config file.

    Thanks,
    Pablo

    You should update to 2.2.2.
