Site stop working!

Hi folks,

Something unusual is going on with one of my websites, suddenly stop working and I use dig domain.edu.co and reply's ok as other site that is showing correcly!!

Also I've runned ping and all results comes out ok!! I've checked on ISPConfig services and all seems working ok!!
Email services are working ok for that domain, just a non sense why site is not showing properly, also I just use http://domain.edu.co and and is displaying site with no images but as soon as I type www.domain.edu.co is NOT showing!!!!

What should I check??

sounds like a you dropped a dns entry.. log into isp config then the dns tab, records.. there should be a www and a yoursite.com and maybe a server1.. a record.. take a look

see the www one.. you need a yoursite.com as well..
the www is www.yoursite.com the yoursite is yoursite.com without the www.. thats so you can connect to yoursite.com and www.yoursite.com.. follow?

click add then type yoursite.com and add the ip.. then you'll have a

www

and a

yoursite.com

 

I've looked the setting in another site that is properly working and all of them looks the same!!!

If were something missing both sites wont be displaying right??

Not sure about ISPConfig setting maybe is a named issue?? Where can I check settings to find out!

My problem still shows up and remove site that is not displaying and remove site and create it again!!

What it freaks me out is this:
http://www.educandote.edu.co - page cannot de displayed
http://educandote.edu.co - I got new ISPConfig site!!!

What should I do to correct that problem

Panic !!

Hi all,
Am unable to access to webmail with edu.co domain, I just has being created again and no mailbox can be entered either in squirremail or uebimiau Mail!!!

What to do

 

Have you deleted the site with ISPConfig? If yes, you have also deleted the Maildir structure and all your users. If you have emptied your recycle bin, the only way to recover is using a backup I think.

 

Is not working only for mentioned site, all other domains mail is working good!!!

How to make it work again??

Site is running now, email is not working!!

Finally am abel to www.educandote.edu.co with success but the problem no email address from that domain is working if am sending a email it returns right away!!!

Besides that am unable to log in on maillog I got this:

If I use webmail I got:

You cannot login with the username and password entered.
Please check your username and password and try again.

Also am trying to create a database and am able to, but when am going to use it is not working and I've checked on phpmyadmin and such database it doesn't exist!!!

It seems there is more problems with dns, email and now database!!!

Am going to become nuts!!!

am able to send emails thru my client, but am unable to receive emails!!!

what I need to check am really off not knowing what's going on!

 

For that server is connected directly there is no router behind!

About port 25 blocked I've called out ISP and there is no block, also am able to send with another domains using webmail or email client, is just issue on that domain, am unable to log in to webmail.

I've tooked some images of current configuration on that site, please take a look.

Change the MX record to have it not contain a hostname (www in your case). It also needs to be a name, not an IP number. You should make an A alias like 'mail' and assign 'mail.doamin.tld' as the MX record.

Are your nameservers authoritative for this domain? As the name servers seem to be with asesoriasit.info

What should I do?
I've never faced this issue with a new website creating email accounts and those can't send messages, can't login to webmail and if you send an email from other placed it bounce!!!

 

Do you want to use email addresses of the form [email protected] or [email protected]? In the latter case (which I assume) you should do
