Dear community, Here are my preferences for messages in threads Every box is checked, and yet I recieve no e-mail when someone replies to my thread. Is there an option for that ? (alert != e-mail I guess) Thanks for your help.
Have you turned on "and receive email notifications of replies"? It is in Preferences. If e-mail is sent, maybe it does not arrive at your mailbox? Have you cheched SPAM folders and e-mail server log?
Dear Taleman, Thank you for your quick response. It is indeed working now. I received the e-mail notification for this particular thread, but not for a previous thread. The box is checked for "and receive e-mail notifications of replies" I hope this will work from now on.
