Hello with all I have a prob, with the antispam server1.pictographic.be, because when I put it in "High Threshold", I receive more Spam, like front, am this normal, am necessary it to configure how the antispam then, so that I do not receive any more these messages of mess... MM
Thats normal. You have to lower the treshold to receive less spam. Spamassassin works this way: 1) Many tests are run on every email to detect if it is spam. 2) Every test has a score, if the test is positive the score of this test is added to the score of the message. 3) You will get a resulting score from e.g. 1.5 + 2 + 1 = 4.5 4) If your spam treshold in ISPConfig is equal or below 4.5 the message is handled as spam.
