Hello,
we can change email`s as no spam in ISPC?
I Select email in my Outlook and make as no Junk then ignore ISPC my entres.

this Output Create ISPC

but i Select this Email ws Maket as Spam an Make in my Outlook as NO Spam.
Make Outlook no Transfer in a ISPC no spamlist and lern This IP or Email is a NO Spam?

You mean you marked this email as a regular email ("ham") in Outlook and wonder why SpamAssassin still marks these emails as spam? There's no connection between Outlook and SpamAssassin. The one has nothing to do with the other.

i have make email as non spam and ISP make all emails from domain pressetext.com as spam!
The Spamassistent ignore my non spam select.
Is this Correct working or not Corect?

 

Yes, that's correct. As I told you before there is no connection between your Outlook and ISPConfig's SpamAssassin. How should SpamAssassin know what you mark as not-spam in your Outlook?
