Spamfilter Whitelist not working?

    Hello,

    I have enabled greylist for my mailboxes but keep running into issues with the spamfilter.
    I added a rule to my spamfilter whitelist like this:
    User: @mydomain.com
    Whitelisted email: @sender.com
    But emails from @sender.com keep triggering amavis and keep getting on the greylist with reason new.
    Eventhough I have received mails from the same sender in the past.

    Running on ISPConfig 3.1.1.p1

    What could be the issue?

    IIRC: Everything is greylisted by default except if you received email from an address before within a given timeframe. Only after that the whitelist/blacklist rules apply.

    Yes but like I said, I often get mails from @sender.com but they keep appearing on the greylist..
    Sometimes I really have to disable greylisting in order to receive mails from multiple senders.

    no idea... I stopped using greylisting quite a while back.
