SSL cert

    Hi guys,
    i want to create a SSL certificate, the domain is pointed since 1 hour to the ip. in ispconfig web domain i check Let's Encrypt SSL , i wait but finally the certificate is not created.a ping points to the right ip. How can i proceed? thanks a lot for your kind help. regards Tom

    thanks for your answer, i just updated ispconfig, i am sure the domain is pointing to the server. server migration mode ist off. its not a problem of one domain .for another domain as well lets encrypt does not work.

    That's just two of many important points. Please go through the whole list and check each one of the points. E.g. try to disable Let's Encrypt check, as mentioned in the FAQ document. If you have gone through all steps, you find at the end what to do next.

    HI there, i just waited one day and the lets encrypt worked again, so everything is fine . thanks for your kind help as always

    Then you might have run into a Let's Encrypt limit. E.g. they can temporarily block you if you issued too many certs or a cert for the same domain too many times etc.
