I have multiple ISPConfig servers that are all backing up on an NFS at the same time 00:30. I was looking to stagger the backups to cut down on the amount of data written to the disk at any one time. e.g. Server1: 00:30, Server2: 01:30 etc.. Can I change the cron_daily to run at different times on each different servers? Will this cause any other issues with my ISPConfig? Thanks in advance for your help
Yes. Not as long as you ensure that the cronjob is run in the mroning hours and that it is not run more then once a day.
