Hello, there is an ispconfig updated to last version.
Is working for more than a year with no problem with hundreds of domains.
Suddenly one mailbox from one domain is not working.

Is dovecot and postfix, and when is send it to the troubled mailbox (named here [email protected]) I am getting the response:

This is the mail system at host mail.domain.net.

I'm sorry to have to inform you that your message could not be delivered to one or more recipients. It's attached below.
For further assistance, please send mail to postmaster.
If you do so, please include this problem report. You can delete your own text from the attached returned message.
    The mail system
    <[email protected]> (expanded from <[email protected]>): mail for

    mail.domain.net loops back to myself

I must mention that if I log on this mailbox I can send from it, but it can’t receive any mail suddenly, worked fine for a while.
I’ve searched over the internet and in main.cf I have mydestination = localhost, localhost.localdomain, so this is not the solving.
More.. I can create any other email address who works, but this office is not working whatever I do.

I’m out of ideas, anyone can help please?

There must be some kind of forward or redirect for this address that rewrites this mail address. Please check sieve filter rules, forwards etc. There must be a reord for this address somewhere that causes this.

i checked, is nowhere any redirect of forward. I deleted mail domain and all mailboxes and recreated - all are working except this office@domain... no help.. i'm out of idea.. more specific looking of this problem please?

PS: i think is a record somewhere.. after deleting mailboxes and domain and recreated in webmail address is still created time long ago, not today.

Are other mailboxes of the same domain working?

yes.. any other mailbox is working with-out problems. Old or any new mailbox created is working. Strangest problem ever heard for me.

Maybe you have an aloas for "office" in /etc/aliases?

Try to add mail.domain.net in the mydestination line in postfix main.cf and restart postfix.

This address must be defined then somewhere. Check the whole /etc folder with a recursive grep and search the whole dbispconfig database for it with e.g. PHPMyAdmin.

Checked, it's not defined there. Any new ideas?
    Thanks!
