Hello I have one question about sub-domains. (totally newby) I try to create two joomla sites one on www.domain.com and other on ww1.domain.com I created first one on www.domain.com and it is working, but I have problem with second one. If I create subdomain ww1 (and manualy create folder for subdomain /ww1/ ) I can't install joomla there. (when I ftp files and try to install it, I got Joomla messega that I must delete install directory) If I try to create new website with domain ww1.domain.com, Ispconfig told me that "There is already a website or sub / aliasdomain with this domain name" Any suggestions, (I use DNS server on afraid.org and I created sub-domain ww1 there) br Miha
What you want is to have two separate websites and not a subdomain. Delete the subdomain and then create a new website for ww1.domain.com instead.
Hello Tenx, it is working now. I had tried 30 times to create website ww1.domain.com, before I wrote msg on this forum and I have no idea what I did wrong I think it is better if I sleep at night
