Subdomain problems (solved)

Dear guys,

i want to creat a subdomain for site.com
ISPConfig Version: 3.1.2
Debian 8.7

i tried with this options:

Original domain:
domain: site.com
Auto-Subdomain: *.

1° added subdomain for site with this config and not working.

host: test.site.com
Redirect type: L
Redirect type: /test/

2° added new site for test.site.com

ipv4-Address: *
domain: test.site.com
Auto-Subdomain: *.

I have dns A ready test.site.com > site.com
when tried to reach test.site.con automatically send me to (www).site.com

The both options not work, could you help me?

You can setup a subdomain as complete new site. That way, they are totally seperated. If you setup a subdomain under an existing site, it will bei either a subfolder there or us the main site as well.

So, first we need to know what you want to achieve.

i already configured with new site option and i cant make it work.
when tried to reach test.site.con automatically send me to (www).site.com :/

i missed some configuration?

faker.artdepartment.com.ar would now be a complete new site - having own user credentials, having files seperated from artdepartment.com.ar. However DNS cannot be resolved to it.

faker.artdepartment.com.ar was created by new site on ISP but is a subdomain
artdepartment.com.ar was created by new site

both domains resolve ok:

So, how can faker subdomain make it works?

 

yeah, resolves now here as well. So what is now the exact issue?

 

the issue was that i cant reach the faker.artdepartment.com.ar/index.html automaticaly sends me to artdepartment.com.ar not to subdomain.

That looks like some cache issue. Tried with a different browser?

 

is strange, i already checked with other browsers and cant it works, but now is working :/.
