Hi Till. I just figured out how to reproduce the bug. See attached screenshot. If a domain has been set up with 301 Permanent Redirect, the Proxy option (and many others) suddenly becomes available. Whether that's the bug that allowed me to select Proxy or not, I'm not sure - could be. - Please confirm that you have seen this - thanks
Bugger - now I can't reproduce it again. I'm configuring several new domains, and the bug reappeared while adding those domains. Not sure exactly what caused it - but it did happen, as the screenshot demonstrates.
Might be an issue with a browser plugin. The options that shall be unavailable are hidden with javascript during page load, if the javascript is blocked by the browser, then the wrong options will show up.
