Is it possible as an Admin or Reseller to suspend a domain account? This option would be very nice but I havnt been able to find it yet.
Yes. You can delete a web site. It will then go to the recycle bin from where you can either restore it later or erase it. The recycle bin is like a suspension for a web site.
and if I want to suspend a whole reseller? he hasn't paid for quite a while and doesn't return phoen calls so a suspension of one website wouldn't suffice, can I just delete the Reseller account and restore it from the recycle bin when payment is done?
well, does not work that easy, if I try to delete a reseller, it tells me I have to delete all hsi sites first. so I just deleted his main site and recovered it one day later. now his site jsut says: Application error (Rails) any ideas what could have been lost when deleting/recovering a site? ###edit### forgot to mention, that the apache directives are still there: Options FollowSymLinks ExecCGI <Directory /var/www/web2> AllowOverride All </Directory>
change pass I just change the users password. That way they account still works and email will still come in but they can't access it. Everyone hates losing their email. Feature request: A suspend option under sites that prevents site from showing up and denies access to email accounts
