Take the domain in a new register

hello, I need to know where I locate myself when it register a new site (the moment in that inserted in the table) to be able to take the domain to give it up in my firewall. Single I need to know the name of the domain, but in /multidoc/edit/edit.php i can´t locate where it do the insertion in the table.
