The server you are trying to remove from this client is used as a Mailserver

Hi all,

I'm trying to enable the whitelist option for a client who is assigned a custom package.
I can't change it and throws the following error:

"The server you are trying to remove from this client is used as a Mailserver. Be sure that this server is not used by this client before you remove it."

I tried to assign to a new package as well but same error, I can't modify that setting at all.

The client is on a server called nl (the web) and email at email2 as hostnames.

I found an older topic with the same more or less content but can't figure out what I have to do. This is the old related topic:

There are two clients that affected and under limits - web server I can't add anyone as it throws that error. The 1st client has no server at all configured there (due to the fact that I delete that server a few days ago after I migrate that account to another server) and I can't add any, it throws that error.
The 2nd client that also experience the same it has the correct one but can't change under email the setting.

Any help is very much appreciated.

 

Please ignore my post, I found it. Client had another email on another email server which I have to include to the form.
