/tmp file ISPConfig

Hello!

I upgrade ISPConfig to final version. And after that in /tmp folder I see
3 files:
existing_db_08_19_2011_22_16_41.sql
home_admispconfig_08_19_2011__22_16_41.tar.gz
root_ispconfig_08_19_2011__22_16_41.tar.gz

It is ISPConfig create this files or some one download all my hosting content with DB?
It is securitly to save this files in /tmp folder? Who can to download it?

These are backups create by the ISPConfig updater. If the update has succeeded, you can delete them.
