Are you on a DSL line? Most dynamic IP addresses are blacklisted nowadays. IF you want to send emails from that IP, you should set up relaying: http://www.howtoforge.com/postfix_relaying_through_another_mailserver

Are there any other errors in your mail log?
Can you check your Postfix configuration? Maybe you made a typo somewhere?

I replace the IP address. Re-install server. will not be able to fix this error. Thank you for your help. If there are problems again, I write again here.

 

Postfix was listening on port 26 instead of 25...

 

25 isp blocked port. I have changed 26.

 

But other mail servers expect Postfix to listen on port 25. It doesn't work if Postfix uses another port.

 

I did a few experiments but the problem is not resolved. my isp smtp port 25 open. new installation server ubuntu 10.10. Spamrats blocked:

So you are on a DSL line? I guess you have a dynamic IP. Most dynamic IPs are blacklisted.

 

Adsl2+ and static ip.

 

In this case you should contact your ISP and ask them to change the reverse DNS from dsl88-249-3707.ttnet.net.tr to something which doesn't look like a DSL line (like your server's hostname).
