Remove that from .htaccess file and use the http to https redirect option in ISPConfig, see redirect tab of the website. there you can also enable a redirect from non-www to www domain. The redirect options are explained in the manual as well.
Hi it worked thanks but if i try www.myinstitutes.com then it loads default apache page instead of actual website
The domain of the website is myinstitutes.com? Then you must set auto subdomain to 'www', otherwise, apache can not know which website it shall show for this domain.
