Hi All, I have a web/mail server which is a standard "Perfect Server Ubuntu 10.04 with ISPConfig2" build, and I am wondering if I "do-release-upgrade" on it, what chances do I have of everything working after the upgrade? Has anyone done such an upgrade and if so, was it successful? Hope you can help.
Hi If it is a production server then personnally I will not recommend to upgrade as it ISPConfig will not support. Br// Srijan
Ubuntu 12.04 is supported by idpconfig. I expect zhat the update should work, just update ubuntu first and then tun a ispconfig update and let ispconfig reconfigure the services. Before you do a system upgrade, make a full backup of sour sever!
