Upgrade Debian 7.9 to 8.0 - ISPconfig 3, nginx

    Update Debian first by using the official instructions and then run an ISPConfig update and choose to reconfigure services during update.

    Thank you.
    I was wondering is there a way to do a full backup of my VPS on a local VirtualBox machine.
    What's recommended?

    Thank you but you misunderstood. I want to backup my VPS, not my VirtualBox machine, in case of an upgrade gone wrong. I was just suggesting that the backup be from VPS to VirtualBox.
