    Hi Guys,

Squeeze has reached EOL, we are planning to migrate our ISP Config 3, i have couple of questions:

1- What is the recommended Debian Version to upgrade Wheezy or Jessie?
2- What is the best way to manage the Upgrade Debian? Upgrading the server itself to the recommended version? or creating a new server and migrating ISP config?
3- Any tutorial that helps out with the process of migration/upgrade?

    Thanks in Advance

    I would use Debian Jessie.
Just upgrade to Wheezy and afterwards to Jessie. I did this on several servers in the last months without any (major) problems. There is no need for a new server.

Any particular tutorials that can help with a smooth upgrade?

AFAIK there is a tutorial for wheezyto jessie on howtoforge.
squeezy to wheezy is nearly the same (you may need to install udev and the new kernel before the final dist-upgrade)
