Upgrading Ubuntu OS and ISPConfig 3

    Hi :)

    I have a multi server setup, with web, mail, dns and sql servers.

    ISPConfig version 3.0.5.4p5
    Ubuntu 14.04.1 LTS (64-bit)

    What is the preferred method to upgrade Ubuntu and ISPConig?
    1. apt-get update
    2. apt-get upgrade
    3. ispconfig_update.sh

    Or should I upgade ISPConfig first, and then upgrade OS ?
    1. ispconfig_update.sh
    2. apt-get update
    3. apt-get upgrade

    First the os, then ispconfig. Start with the master server.
