Usage of E-Mail Templates / Welcome Mail

    Hello, we have multiple Resellers in the system having their own Welcome-Mail template defined (Type "default welcome email")
    so as the master-admin user i can see several mailtemplates of type "Default welcome email".
    Now when i am creating new resellers no welcome email is sent out, maybe because of multiple candidates? How can i influence the behavior of the template usage when a new reseller is created?
