Use Screen Command When Upgrading Ubuntu 20.04 to 22.04

    Hi,

    I just learned that screen command can restore terminal using SSH in case you are disconnected from the server.

    Can we also use screen command when upgrading Ubuntu 20.04 to 22.04?

    You can use screen command for any work in the terminal.

    Yes. Provided you use the command line update, do-release-upgrade. Upgrading using GUI does not benefit from screen.
    Debian Release Notes have upgrade instructions, where using screen is advised when upgrading remotely. It is a good idea even when upgrading using the console.
