  1. I have a customer who want our mailserver to do DKIM encoding on outgoing emails from our e-mail server.
The configuration using e-mail domain and DKIM configuration in ISPConfig3 seems straight forward, but how do I prevent local delivery for that domain. ( as this domain has google hosted e-mail accounts)

That scenario is not specifically supported/addressed. Are you using amavis or rspamd for dkim signing? Are you sending through the ISPConfig server with authentication or just allowing relaying from the customer's ip addresses?

You can try adding a transport (ie. Email > Email Routing) for the domain or maybe the individual email addresses and see if that gets delivery to gmail. Try a transport of just smtp: or you may have to use more specific (either [smtp-relay.gmail.com]:587 or smtp:[smtp-relay.gmail.com]:587).
