VPS and Dedicated Servers

    Hello till,

    Is there any way to be able to use ISPconfg3 with VPS and Dedicated servers hosting. Maybe with some module or extention that supprt Virtualbox to create VM's withen ISPconfig.

    You can create virtual machnes in ispconfig already. ISPConfig uses openvz for that, thats the same virtualisation technology that is used for virtuozzo by plesk.

    Hi Till,
    I am also interested in building VPS farm through ISPconfig. Does it mean that ISPConfig must be installed on a physical machine? :)

    The ispconfig server part is installed on each host server, otherwise it would not be able to craete virtual machines on the hosts.
