VPS rebooted and error

happening me the same error as Gaurav Saluja

I am installing ispconfig3 Server perfect Debian 7

normal brand I 700 MB of RAM
but after restart the VPS only 11 MB of RAM

I tried the same steps in 2 vps from different companies and the problem is the same

 

I have analyzed step by step tutorial and the cause of the problem is here
