I have a multi-server setup with the email on a separate server. I want to offer SSL mail for ports 465 and ports 993 for IMAP and port 995 for POP. I found an article about using the ISPConfig update to run update to create a certificate, but I think that article was intended for a standalone ISPconfig server with all functions on one machine.

Anyone come across a good guide to add a SSL cert to postfix and dovecot on a standalone server that works with the latest ISPconfig 3.0.5.4p3.

    Thanks!

That's the article I found which seems its written for a standalone ISPconfig install. Will give it a shot.

    Thanks!

You can use the trusted cert for web server as other services' trusted certs as well.
