Hi, I set up a limits template. I applied it to one of my customers. However when I log in as him I see instead of 2GB limit an unlimited soft and hard limit on the dashboard screen of the customer. What did I do wrong? Best Micha
Probably the limits on the website itself are unlimited. After you apply the new template, you'll still need to update the websites to enforce a new limit (the same limit should have been enforced already even without the template change).
Thank you very much! The Website Quota is not integrated in the Website edit Tabs thats why I didn't find it at first.
