Hello I have about 5 websites up and running on my server. When I want to look at my stats, on all buy 1 website, the webpage for the stats times out. Can anyone explain where I might look to see why this might be? If webalizer works on one, why not the others? Each is set up the same exact manner. AWSTAT has yet to work if I switch the analyzing software to AWSTAT, Thanks for any hints/ideas. Joe
Have you set a statistics admin password for all sites? Which error do you get in the error.log of the website when you try to access the statistics?
Hello, Thanks for your reply. 1 - as for setting the password, yes. But, there should be a page that shows up asking for the password. Nothign shows up. It eventually either times out to a blank page, or goes to a page saying that what I was looking for is not found. 2 - error logs Can you tell me where to find them? It there a way from within ISPConfig? Or, do I go on the server with the CLI? Thanks! Joseph
