Webalizer stats // Country usage shows as unresolved

    SP Config version 3.1.14p2
    Webalizer version 2.23

    Hi all,

    We recently migrated a customer to a new virtual server from an older server with a previous ISP Config version (forget which version sorry). They have reported an issue with /stats since they moved to the new server. As per screenshot below, they have reported that Usage by Country is showing as Unresolved.

    Is this a known issue and are there any plans for a fix?

    Check your webalizer config file /etc/webalizer/webalizer.conf to see if you enabled the DNSCache. Without DNS cache, no lookups will be made.

    Thanks Till. I see that following line is hashed out in webalizert.conf

    #DNSCache dns_cache.db

    So I just unhash this or what other steps are needed? Not really following the Documentation as I think this previously just worked out of the box?
