Ok, when I go to the host.domain.tld/webmail .. the squirrel mail is showing the code instead of output. Anyone have any ideas on this? I did a fresh install of Fedora FC5 and followed the directions on this site for the perfect install, then installed ISPConfig flawlessly.

Try :81/webmail/ (with a trailing slash).

I guess you set that up before you installed ISPConfig? ISPConfig disables PHP globally and enables PHP on a per-site basis which means PHP is not working anymore for your old web sites. Recreate them with ISPConfig.
