HI, i have limited from admin panel the client's website quota(with client template) but he can upload more then the quota.In stats on dashboard soft and hard limit can see both unlimited.When i log in as client into dashboard can i see "unlimited" too. Email quota works fine and send warning when quota fast full.
You mix up client quota and website quota here. The client quota (in the client settings) is a limit that ensures that the client can not add a quota value that is larger then this limit in the website settings. Check the website settings of this website to see which quota has been set there, if you added the website (and not the client) then the quota can be larger as a admin user has the ability to override client quotas, so if you added the site and have set quota = -1 in the website, then no quota is set yet.
