websites problems in mozilla firefox

Does any one experiance problems with websites on mozilla firefox after the latest update. All my sites taht have google rechaptcha don't scroll propperly and some sites with ssl don't show at all. I only get error in firefox SEC_ERROR_OCSP_TRY_SERVER_LATER for sites that don't show. For sites that don't scroll properly there is nothing in the logs.
In the error log I only get [ssl:error] [pid 20233] AH01941: stapling_renew_response: responder error
I tested the ssl on ssllabs.com and I get A+.
The problem is that ispconfig also stopped working on firefox.

Updated the Ubuntu 16.04.2 LTS server today and got the same "SEC_ERROR_OCSP_TRY_SERVER_LATER" error.
After adding the two lines mentioned to the ispconfig.conf and the subsequent apache2 restart all is working as before.
