When changing FPM to FastCGI some site not work

I've a VPS with several sites with handler PHP-FPM.
When try to change handler to FastCGI, sites not work and show a Not found 404
I've created a new site for testing purposes and create with FastCGI.
Work fine.
What it's wrong?

I'm using:

Centos 7
ISPConfig latest stable. (Updated today)
Apache
