I made a how-to, and I have to write the HTML code.
HTML is no problem for me, I know HTML.
But the wiki-syntax used for example on Wikipedia, is much more quicker, cleaner, and easier to code.

I think most people are more familiar with HTML than with the Wiki syntax (including me).
I write all my tutorials in Dreamweaver, and when they are finished I simply copy them over to HowtoForge's WYSIWYG editor. :)

I write all code by hand on the HowtoForge website.
WYSYWIG editors creep me out, and they generate crappy code.

    "vi" is the best still.
I love the macro power. No mouse required, makes for much faster typing.
