    Hi... ISPConfig users

I want to migrate our corporative Win2K mail server to a Fedora / ISPCOnfig server.

My problem is that I have more than 1000 POP3 Users and I need to migrate with the same configuration that they have configured.

The users logins at POP3 server with his email user without the domain....

    USER @DOMAIN.COM
    -----
    |
-----> only this part of email in POP3 user

But now I have added the domain in ISPConfig and configurate the accounts but the User for POP3 is "web1_user" for the "[email protected]" account...

    I have postfix and dovecot.

Can I do the POP3 login with full email or only with the user ????

Can I put a domain for "default" ?

I only have a domain in the server.

Thanks and sorry for my english... (I'm Spanish)

    Jose.

The current versions of ISPConfig support only login with the email username, not with the full email address as ISPConfig uses linux system users and the "@" sign is not allowed in linux usernames.

    Remove ISPConfig user Prefix

    Thanks...

And Can I remove the ISPConfig prefix "web1_" ?

Can I make a main domain for the server?
