"tests=RCVD_IN_SORBS_DUL" means that the sender is sending the email over an dynamic IP address like a DSL or dialup line. Please ask your questions in english.

If you are unsure if we understand you, just ask ask in both languages autolearn=no does NOT mean that spamassassin doesn't work. SpamAssassin only learns if the score is very high (then it's learned as autolearn=spam) or very low (autolearn=ham). In your case SpamAssissin is not sure if it's spam or not, so it doesn't learn from it.
