Yes, the ports are ok, just 8888 is not from ispconfig.

Port 8080 has the name "http-proxy", this does not mean that you have a proxy running at port 8080. ISPconfig does not use proxy modules of apache, if you have them enabled and dont need them for any other software, then you should consider to disable them.

I cant see any proxy modules loaded. Should I disable alot of these. I run mainly only ISP with a couple of extra programs like Screen Connect and BTSync.
    Port 8888 is btsync
Is there anyway that I can rename http-proxy to something else, in case Yahoo are just assuming I have an open one because the port is call http-proxy? I thought only ISP CP was on 8080. Should I look into why its called that?

The apache module list is fine as far s I can see. Not sure why yahoo complains.

The name of the port is nothing that you could rename, you can think of it as a common name. What you can do is to use a different port for ispconfig, alter the ispconfig.vhost file in /etc/apache2/sites-available/ and change 8080 to any other port number that is not used and then restart apache.

    Thanks Till.
I did this, and then closed the old port and reopened a new one, and it now says 8090/tcp open unknown
So I will try Yahoo again, and see if they were just assuming!

I am very pleased to say that between this thread and https://www.howtoforge.com/community/threads/rdns.73155/ I was able to instantly send emails to Yahoo.
I dont know which one did it, but I am not reversing them to find out!
Thank you so much everyone for all your help, its been a very long task.
