I have per domain relay (relay_host, relay_user, relay_pass on mail domain page)
This work perfectly for any outbound domain.
Unfortunately for security reason my relay service does not allow to relay to the domain that is also the initiator.
I've tried to exclude local domain (either tampering with de mysql-virtual_transports.cf to return ':' for local mail domain or implementing hash table to not available.

I presume I'm not addressing the issue at the right place, can someone lead me to...

Please kindly help with this matter. Is it possible to access a web site in browser by its ip address if I have several web sites at this ip address?

For example, I have several web sites at this ip 85.249.237.55: domain1.com, domain2.com, domain3.com etc

If I just type http://85.249.237.55 ispconfig of course displays a shared ip message

Can I access, say, domain1.com without actually typing http://domain1.com?

Im trying to upgrade my slave server ispconfig version to the latest. But when I run the ispconfig_update.sh it says that my ISPConfig Version was 2.x

How do I tell the version of a current install of ISPConfig

I installed ISPConfig a couple of years ago, I believe, and I want to create a test box to see what will happen when I do an update (Debian Sarge to Debian Etch, ISPConfig v??? to whatever is stable now).

Also, is there an archive of old versions of ISPConfig?

ISPCONFIG 2 setup with ubuntu 8.04 TLS server

Internal sending of email works fine. ie: roundcubemail, PHP scripts, etc...
My email client keeps asking for smtp password regardles of using no-encryption or TLS, PLAIN or LOGIN.

When I telnet here is what I get:

I know ispconfig2 is quite old, but I have an installation running, that need to run for some more weeks.
This night it started that I am getting lots of log entries from freshclam like this:

freshclam[4033]: [LibClamAV] mpool_malloc(): Attempt to allocate 8388608 bytes. Please report to http://bugs.clamav.net

I found some hints that this problem occures if the clamav installation is to old.

Is there a way (best a kind of howto) of comiling a newer version...

The PROBLEM is that the website http://www.bpilabs.com points to WIX just fine but the http://bpilabs.com (without the www.) points to our server.

I'm embarrassed to say that I'm still using ISPConfig2. It's for one client with multiple locations and businesses.
So, many years ago, they setup a few generic accounts, lets call them newcars@domain and usedcars@comain
Well last week, newcars@domain got compromised. Apparently, a weak password. A more complexed password was given, then 150k+ emails removed from the queue. And then a few hours getting them delisted.
And then today, usedcars@domain was compromised. Same procedure, more...

Not sure where this would be.

I can see who's logged into mail in /var/log/mail.log through port 81 webmail

However I can't find the file that will tell me who's logged into the ISPConfig 2 control panel on port 81.

I have a really weird problem.

Somehow it seems ispconfig deleted all my website files.

I have numerous websites located in /var/www/web*. After emptying the trash folders in the ispconfig admin backend and running "repair database" I found that all my websites were reduced to their default status with a single index.html file and an "error" folder. No trace of any files whatsoever

Luckily I have backups of all sites, but I'm still confused - any ideas how I could...
